How setup and rollout work

  1. Free company setup

    Register your company free — one main contractor account and one active project, with no payment step. Need more seats or projects later? See pricing.

  2. Receive your company code by email

    We email your setup instructions and your company code. Main contractors on your team enter that code when they sign up on the web app (main contractor accounts only — not for subcontractors) or in the iOS or Android apps.

  3. Main contractor sign-up and sign-in

    Use the company code once at main contractor sign-up on the web app or on iOS or Android. After that, sign in with your email and password on any of those. Share the code only with authorised colleagues who still need a main contractor account. Subcontractors are different: they join each site with a project code on iOS or Android only (next step).

  4. Create a project and invite subcontractors

    When you create a project as a main contractor, CrewChain issues a project code for that site. Share it with subcontractors who should work that programme; they join via the iOS or Android apps only. On the trial you can add as many subcontractors as you need. Your team chooses who receives each code.

  5. Printed guides or site QR codes
